我们处理的信息
天津思潮企服软件有限公司运营 MakeSys。注册时收集姓名、企业名称、电话、邮箱、地区和密码；服务运行还会处理账户、订单、体验环境及支持请求中的信息。账户密码以加盐哈希形式保存。
用途与服务商
我们使用这些信息创建和保护账户、提供体验环境、处理订单、发送服务邮件和提供支持。服务邮件通过腾讯企业邮箱的 SMTP 服务发送；相关信息也可能由托管、支付及基础设施服务商处理，具体取决于使用的服务与支付方式。使用境外服务可能涉及跨境传输；详情可通过下方邮箱咨询。
保存与选择
体验环境到期后会被回收销毁；关闭账户会停用账户并使登录会话失效，并不立即删除所有记录；账户、订单和其他记录按服务、法律及财务需要保留。网站使用登录所需的 Cookie、可选的访问统计 Cookie（在您同意后记录页面路径等，明细约保留 90 天，之后仅保留汇总），以及浏览器本地存储（例如语言选择）。您可拒绝统计 Cookie；拒绝后我们不记录匿名浏览。请勿在公用 Demo 存放需要保密或保留的数据。

Information we process
天津思潮企服软件有限公司 operates MakeSys. Registration collects your name, company, telephone, email, region and password. Operating the service also involves account, order, trial environment and support-request information. Account passwords are stored as salted hashes.
How we use information
We use it to create and protect accounts, provide trial environments, process orders, send service emails and provide support. Service emails are sent using Tencent Exmail SMTP. Depending on the services and payment methods used, relevant information may also be processed by hosting, payment and infrastructure providers. Use of services outside your country may involve international transfers; contact us below for details.
Retention and choices
Trial environments are deleted after expiry. Closing an account disables it and invalidates sessions; it does not immediately erase every record. Account, order and other records are retained as needed for service, legal and financial purposes. The site uses cookies needed for sign-in, optional analytics cookies (with your consent we record page paths and similar; detail is kept about 90 days, then aggregates only), and browser local storage such as language preferences. You may decline analytics cookies; we then do not record anonymous browsing. Do not put confidential data or data you need to retain in the shared demo.
